Missing laughter: Living too seriously is something that I hate the most. I find it a barrier for my personality. Being serious is a way of losing life’s happiest moments. A small thing that can bring happiness is always the life’s turning point; these little moments make our day. Laugh more often, ignore being so serious; life is short, what else you will do without laughter. Laugh at yourself, laugh at your mistakes and make progress.
Over Thinking: Do you find yourself happy when you think too much about a situation? I don’t find myself comfortable; even I felt puzzled at that time most. Have you seen an archery competition carefully? If you did, then you may notice that most of the time when a participant thinks too much before the shot he/she loses the target. Thinking too much about something drives away our concentration. Make a ritual and take your decisions quickly.
Delaying Schedules: Have you ever delayed a schedule or have gone through to break a promise that you had carried out before, if yes then it’s a complete bad sign. In history, we remember those guys who remember their promises; promises make you reliable and trustworthy. How do you consider a company when it makes pledges to deliver a product that is brand new but latter gives you a second hand one or a broken one; is not it killing your trust, this is what happens when we make promises and break that later.
Making Excuses: We all make excuses, but what makes us different is how often you make that; there are some people out there those who make too many excuses, even in every aspect of their life. Let them do something; they will tell they have some work while the truth is they are free. Those who are happy in life and the way of their progress they don’t make unnecessary excuses; they value others emotions. They know how important every single person is for their advancement in life.
Passing the Time: I love to watch funny videos; they made me laugh and refresh my mind for my work, but I hate to spend time on other unnecessary things, such as, watching TV; using smartphones; Yeah I quit it for a long time now. They are truly time waster. However, I am not telling you to do that; it’s quite okay to use them, but just make sure that you don’t spend your too much time on them. After all; time is all we have in life.
Food Guessing: Being on a diet doesn’t mean to eat less; you can eat a lot even on a diet as well. It’s a matter of fact that diet foods do not make any sense; as these are tasteless. However, no worry there are some excellent fruits and other high-value foods available in the market that can quickly replace your unhealthy food life; and above all these are not that bad at all. Being Angry: It doesn’t make any sense when you become angry and show your pride; being angry is a perfect formula for losing your mind and riding your bicycles in a danger zone where the station finish at regrets. Although it is not new to anyone everybody knows that still, they follow the same journey. Avoid becoming angry; increase the ticket price of the station as an example, make yourself accountable for that.
Alcohol and Smoking: These two are the most common and most dangerous bad habits right now the world is facing. As both of these are slow killers because of that, most people ignore it compare to drugs and other supplements. Slow poisons create more problems than the instant ones. However, that doesn’t mean to take that ‘instant’ path now. These habits make a real mess in life. Smoking or drinking affects not only the person’s health but also the society, including his family and friends.
Surrounding Negativities: You are the result of your surroundings; if you surround yourself with negative people the chances are high that you will end up with negativity, if you spend time with positive and productive people’s chances are high that you will become productive and confident. Your surrounds affect your persona. Now it’s your choice whether you wish to be with positive or negative.
Getting Stuck: There are few things that one cannot accomplish, no matter how hard a person wants to try. Almost everyone has their limits. Excepting your limits expand your possibilities. If you know that you are weak in a subject, you can devote your time to developing it, but if you don’t accept it and stuck your efforts then would be zero.
