Is it possible for us to change our lives in a week? Besides that, we spend a lot of time on watching TV, using mobile devices, browsing the Internet, but we don’t spend that of our time to improve our lives.
This week I choose to write about that, From Monday onwards you can use this routine for a new change in your everyday lives.
However, you don’t need to worry about the difficulties; I will not write something that would be impossible to apply. Everything that I am going to share with you will be straightforward and quite easy to practice.
So let us see what we can do in the next week.
Get Up Early: Almost whenever I discuss habit changes, I love to add this habit to my routine. I know it’s difficult for those people who work at late nights, but here we are talking about a week change, so it won’t be necessary for you to keep doing it for the full month. Just do it for the sack of change. I am giving you a guarantee, after the completion of the first week you will continue it with love.
- Wake up at 4:30/5:00 o’clock
- Use Two Alarm Clocks
- One beside your bed
- And another away from your bed.
Drink Water: Start your day with a glass of water. Carry a bottle of water wherever you go. Drink at least 4 to 5 liter of water in a day. Water will not allow you to dehydrate your body and most surprisingly, it will help you to reduce your unwanted fat.
Run Confidently: Find a place where you can run for at least half an hour. As it is a one week plan, so you don’t need to join a gym. Run in a park or on a playground. Remember this is your first week, so it will not be possible for you to complete the task at once. Instead of that, run for 5 minutes then simply walk and start running again.
Join Meditation: Get to your local meditation center and join for a week. Group meditation will inspire you to complete the task, and you will also learn a new topic. Buy a book on the subject of meditation and start exploring it. Learn the history of meditation and its capabilities. One week meditation will surely bring back your lost focus.
Join Public Speaking: Join a class where you can learn about public speaking and can also be able to practice it. Most people those who suffer from low self-esteem tend to be suffering from facing public as well.
- Take it as a challenge
- Practice it daily
- Read about various topics
- Learn about the subject that you wish to talk
- Participate in a competition
- And give a lecture on the subject
Create a Campaign: Power of social media is undeniable, use it for the well-being of someone else. Create a campaign, collect some donations and give it to a homeless person or someone who need some food or money. It’s not necessary to have a big amount of money to make changes, sometimes small deeds matter for a significant change and helping someone is nonetheless.
- You can start an awareness campaign as well, about government policies or something that would be useful for people.
Cut down Mobile Uses: For the next one week try to avoid using the mobile device continuously. Give it some rest or take a break for at least 12 hours. It won’t be a regular task; mobile is also necessary for everyday work; however, I have to mention here that I don’t use mobile anymore and I feel this is the wisest decision I had taken so far.
Keep a Vlog: Video presentation is another way to boost your presentation skills and confidence, but so far I lack that one, yeah, to be honest, I do afraid of that skill. However, right now this is on my queue list. For the next few months, I am going to work on it. Facing my fears would be fun.
Have Fun: At the end of the day, whatever we will question ourselves the answer would be the same are you happy with it or not. If you are happy with your work, you will find ways to complete it. Have fun and enjoy your life. Make this earth a better place to live.
