‘Action’ is the work that we do on a daily basis; action is the driving source of our lives. ‘Action’ is like air, enough of it is available so we don’t understand its value.
Think about 10 minutes living without air, can you breathe?
No, it’s not possible. similarly, an action is alike, but its process is so long.
We practice actions every single day, hourly, minutes by minutes, even in seconds.
Furthermore, do you ever try to process in your mind “what a good action is? Or what is worse?”
Every day we do uncountable actions, some of which are positive in nature, it produces healthiness in your life, some of which are negative in nature, it produces unhappiness in our life.
Now the question is how you can understand that what is a good action and what is a bad?
OR who will judge that?
Welcome to the truth, there is no such thing as bad, it is absent of good, Just like darkness, there is no such thing we call darkness, it is absent of light.
Every action is the result of our thoughts and our wish. If our mind thinks negative we take actions that become bad in nature, if we think positive it become well in nature.
For an example, you invited someone for having a dinner with you, but deep insight you are not there, you are somewhere else, now this would be a bad action.
Everything we do is in our hands, nobody controls us, it is we who take the wrong path in each day, later we blame someone else.
Thinking is the nucleotides of happiness. Thinking or thoughts drive you, thinking is the wheel of a car, and you are the driver of it.
It always depends on you which destination you want to go. Moreover, as friends as teachers as a good soul your unhappiness will always show you where you are making mistakes in your life, your actions will produce that, similarly when you will understand it, when you will learn your lessons from it, and when you will change your actions about it, you will see that unhappiness is no more.
- You are the reason behind your unhappiness
- You are the producer of your negative thinking
- You are responsible for your own happiness
- You are going to take action for your well-beings
- You will enjoy your peace no one else
Moreover, the question arises, I made mistakes in my past, I am the producer of all this unhappiness, how can I be happy?
Live in the moment Only by living in the present moment you can be happy. The more you think about your past mistakes, the more you produce negative thoughts, the more it is going to produce negative actions. Instead of that if you choose to live in the present moment, you will overcome all your negative thoughts, and it will stop producing negative actions as well.
Consequently, You will become happy again.
But, as humans, it is our nature to make mistakes. So it is obvious that we may do negative things, now the question is how to prevent that.
Only through Being truthful with you by Never tells a lie to yourself or tries to convince you of something that is not good in nature. Always know that your soul is wiser than your mind, it never tells lies, learn to hear from it, what is your soul wants to say, follow your soul. Be truthful in every action. Truthfulness never allows you take negative actions.

Identically, living is a holy act, death is uncertain, nobody can predict that. Every day is precious, even every single thought too…but nobody can teach you that, it is you who will do that, it is your duty to explore, it is your karma to awaken your soul.
