It’s a harsh reality, and we need to accept it, naturally, our tendency is to pretend that we know everything in life better than others, and that leads us to become a person who criticizes a lot, and gradually find himself unhappy in every aspect of life.
It would be best to switch that mode to be a learner, learn from others, and seek help when it is necessary. Through that way, you can easily get some quality lessons from others, and it would be free of cost. Give advice only when you ask to give that, otherwise keep silent. Silence has immense power with it.
Start thinking positively about yourself and your life, appreciate what you have, and forgive yourself for those mistakes that you have done. Who doesn’t make mistakes; it’s a part of life, it works as a prove to be human. What counts the most is what you have done when you realize that, only regrets, or choose to be a better version of yours next time.
I think there are two ways to see any situation, either in a positive way or with negative eyes, a positive person always wins the battle, because he can able to cool his nerves when it requires the most.
Take part in running or jogging; exercise will help you to be fit shortly if it’s possible, then you can do that in the morning time also, morning time is the most productive time. Burnout all those unwanted fats, be the person you always want to be, healthy and full of confidence.
A confident person can do a lot of better work than a lazy person, Increases your bone density and relief all the stress.
Learn Something New
There is no limit in knowledge. The more you read, the more you become smarter., The more you educate yourself on the general one. Try to learn something every day if it’s a single word that’s good enough, at least; you should not stop learning.

Don’t forget that everything takes time; no one can achieve anything in a short period, but we can always take our first step. This would be the first step for us to making the higher self.

I started my writing from the Journal, a personal space to communicate with myself. No worries only you and the paper to communicate, starting with your likes or dislikes about the day. What are the factors that you think you could make better in your day? What’s your goal for tomorrow? Anything that you feel like to write.
