As Newton’s Third Law flows “For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.” What exactly happens in our lifestyle as well. Every day completion creates an equal or opposite completions, and that gives birth to the puzzle level of distractions and those distractions create a fence to our rich character.
Let’s Simplify it…
When was the last time you thought to create simplicity in your life? As everyone tries to live a productive life, but rare people love to live a simple life.
The way you create your life complex in the same way you lose your productivity.
As productivity is the result of our simplicity, by simplifying your life and the process of your work you automatically increase that.
So how to simplify your productivity
8 ways to simplify Your Productivity
Simplify Productiveness: Somehow most people do that, they try to follow a lot of suggestions simultaneously, and for that reason, it doesn’t work properly. Even it unmotivated you, and you feel less confident about yourself and the task you’re doing. Therefore, simplify your productiveness, apart from following a lot of suggestions and tips and tricks create your productive rule, add those tips to your chart which works best for you. Sometimes one process that works best for ‘X’ fail to motivate ‘Y.’
Action Plan: Don’t be an addict of productivity, there are those people who read about productivity a lot, but hardly try that in their real life. No matter how much you know or an expert you become until you practice that, it will never go to help you. Create your action plan, measure the areas you need to develop and focus on that one’s only and skip all the others. If you need motivation read about the topic that you’re working on and drop the others.
Go For The Basics: Apart from fixing the significant issues related to your daily routine, try to fix the fundamental issues first. There are few rules that you cannot override, of course, no matter what type of tips and tricks you use. For an example, you cannot present physically in two places at the same time. Fix your basics first, for instance, daily lifestyles that are not helpful for a productive life.
Declutter Your Mind: Make sure that you are not feeding your mind with unnecessary stuff. Practice de-cluttering methods to remove the junk. Meditation can help you with that. Find a peaceful place and breathe in and breathe out, with every breath, let the garbage goes out of your body. It’s easy, but at the same time, it is tough. Feel from your heart that you’re releasing it and you will quickly release it.
Clear out Circumstances: Clear the surroundings you are living in. Living with a messy place increase your stress level. It won’t take that much of your time and within half an hour you can fix that. Furthermore, I will suggest that to clear your Email account. For an example, my email account had over 33k emails from my website. For that reason, it becomes hard to manage that. As a result, I use a different Email account now.
Challenge Technology: Why was technology invented at the first phase? It was to help you and not to destroy your life, but somehow it is drastically changing. Now most of our life works around the technology (24*7 hours) rather than the real life people. It even works in my case as well. So; it’s has been a long time now since I don’t use Smartphone’s, and I feel it is unnecessary. Desktop or laptop is far better, but I am not going to suggest you to do that. It’s up to you.
Unnecessary Planning: As I have repeatedly mentioned in my articles, planning is necessary, but that doesn’t mean you need to do it unnecessarily. Planning for the future doesn’t help you even whenever you fail to catch that you feel depressed. Try to live in the present and make plans for that which would be achievable. For instance, planning for the future was one of my terrible habits until the day when I had dazed and slapped by life, who knows that I will spend one year of my life on a bed due to an accident. Uniquely, life is unpredictable and full of uncertainties nobody knows what is coming next.
Unplug Working Process: Simplify your working process, the way you work with it on an everyday basis. And do only a single task at a time, as we developed our mind to do one task at a time, and you cannot override it to do multitasking unless you’re a Stan Lee’s comic superhero. Multi-tasking is an appointed killer for your productivity. Simplify your work process and give attention to one work at a time, and do it slowly and don’t try to complete it before everyone else. Concentrate on the quality, not the quantity.
