As I was there in my past without realizing how hard it is for me to live a life without mindfulness
Often we live in a state where we forget to live in the present moment. In the same way, we forget about the truth that whatever happened in our past; we cannot change that, so it becomes valueless for us to spend our precious time for that. Thinking about your past will never go to change that moment, or even you will never go to win that argument.
I witnessed many of those people who live their day thinking about their work, and what they did in their past, and what others did to them. Believe me; these thoughts will never go to change anything in your life; even it will increase your insecurity.
As life always gives us two choices whether we wish to be unhappy with our circumstances or we will be happy with our circumstances
After all, the truth always remains as those are the happy people, who choose to be happy accepting their circumstances

Be mindful Every day: Whether your day goes wrong or healthy be cool and calm, don’t lose your patience in every situation.
However, when you become happy you started celebrating it. As a result, next time when it goes wrong you feel sad about it. Instead of that, live with a neutral mind, where happiness and unhappiness don’t affect you in that way.
Reply when it is necessary: Excessive amount of talking bring unhappiness chaos and quarrel. Carry a choice of talking less, speak but understandingly, help people when it is necessary. Even more, don’t try to help people immediately, jumping into a situation represents you as an alien.
Aware of Your Weakness: It would be hard to find an individual who doesn’t have any weakness. Everybody has a weakness and some people accept it, and some people don’t, instead of ignoring it start taking it in its own way. Recognizing your weakness helps you to identify it, and it helps you to let go of your sudden stress.
Share Forgiveness: Living a mindful life means to live without clash and to live without clash one should always need to develop forgiveness. Forgive others for their mistakes, starting from kids to old. As Mahatma Gandhi once said, “The weak can never forgive. Forgiveness is the attribute of the strong”.
Be Happy With Changes: Changes are an integral part of our life, and it is a must-needed process too. But somehow it affects our day, as we never allow ourselves to be happy with the changes. Allow yourself to become a part of your life’s changes and accept it and flow with it as it goes.
Share Valuable Thoughts: Thinking or what we known as thoughts are the bricks of your life’s building. Thinking or thoughts are a non-stop energy, and it is known as the core of your life. Thinking or thoughts never destroy from this universe; it shapes your future.
Response With Understanding: Sometimes in our day we will face with irritating people, those who will try to spread negativity’s around us and we will be forceful to lose our coolness.
However, at that moment, remember it is not about them, it is about us. It is their sickness, not ours; they inherited it from their circumstances, but we don’t. Show them your true self, the color of your circumstances, the mindfulness.
