Breathing a life with mindfulness is not so hard, as long as you wish to be with it. I am a mindfulness follower for a long time now; I had learned a lot of things throughout my journey, and it’s still ongoing.
One thing I can assure you, if you choose to live with mindfulness for at least a month then, it will be hard for you to quit it.

Early Rising: Rising early significantly affects your persona, it promotes your peace of mind; enrich your positive thought process, and also, you get more time to spend with yourself.
Meditation: I feel comfortable to practice meditation with music. Music allows you to concentrate well. It helps you to divert your mind from outside noise also. Nirvana music is one of my favorite; It is so gracious, tranquil and full of natural harmony.
Positive Words: Affirmative words become a friend of yours if you practice it every day. When I wake up in the morning, I take a ride with positivity; it helps me to motivate myself when I face with an off day.
Reading a Biography: Reading is also a great mindfulness act, but only if you prefer a good one. Every day set up a timetable when you will study, select those books which are inspirational, and promotes truthfulness and compassion in your life.
Journal Writing: Writing helps you in many ways; it’s not only expanded your thoughts, but also encourages you to look things positively. You can also learn to avoid negatives. As an example, I can say the article you are reading now is a part of my daily ritual. It’s no-where a commercial work. Sometimes I swamped with negatives, sometimes I don’t, but I really enjoy it.
Say Hello: Meet with people, those who breathe near to you, ask them how they are doing? Walk around the street for a while. Look at what others are doing. When I feel sour about my life, I walk around the street for a while; it allows me to witness the world and experience the struggles of others.
Learn New Topics: Add subjects related to physics, chemistry, maths, or philosophy, it helps you to override the urge of negatives. And also, it will develop your overall knowledge.
Write Notes: Thank you notes are a great way to show your love to others. Every week make a ritual, write a letter to someone who cares for you, sent a “Thank you” note to your email receivers, If you have an email subscriber list, it will be a great way to show them your love.
Practice Compassion: Take part in a charitable vocation, help people with their work. It will open a new window; you will meet with new people, with a different perspective of life. You will discover a new dimension of opportunities.
Sleep Early: If you’re a night owl, it’s time for you to change that habit. Sleep early every day, our body needs proper rest, as it mentioned by researchers also, 7 to 8 hours of sleep for an adult is a must necessary task, for teens its 8 to 10 hours.
