We must have to admit that we all have bad habits. Bad habits are just a part of our day-to-day life.
However, some of those bad habits are not simply bad; they are worse. Knowingly or unknowingly they take away our healthy lifestyle from us. But we are not able to understand about that unless we reach the end spot. Ultimately, then there would be nothing left for us to do.
So this week I choose to deal with it. Let’s take us a challenge that we will omit those bad habits one by one, because it’s not possible to change all of it at once. Otherwise, sudden changes may shake up your life.
Here is a list of strategy’s we need to take to deal with a bad habit
Quit loving it: First thing first, any bad habits that are affecting our lifestyle or our health happen because of our love for those habits. First, we will learn to hate that one. Built up a mind that next time when you will get the urge to fall into those problems, you will repeat in your mind that “I hate it.” It will automatically create a negative impact on that.
Make a List: Habits never went in one day. You must need to fight with it. Make a list of its disadvantages; try to make as clear as possible. Then carry it with you. Next time when you crossed the line and started doing it again, open that list and read it.
Analyze Circumstances: Try to understand when and where from you get those inspirations, Try to avoid it as possible as you can. For example, if you love to play computer games, then stay away from being alone for a while.
Use a Score Board: Create a scoreboard; set the days and your timetables. Track your performance. Every day when you will reach your goal makes a cross in that table. It will encourage you to complete that task.
Apply Good Habits: Instead of feeling alone in the off times apply good habits into them. Normally when you carry a work up to 21 days, it’s automatically become a habit of yours. Apply this process and use a good habit in the spot of a bad one.
Eat Healthy: Good foods impact our lifestyle a lot. It is also known as “You are what you eat.” Change your eating style for a while. Switch to healthy food, Vegetables, raw foods. It will help you to calm down your body, mind, and soul.
Set Time Frame: Without a plan, it would be very hard to bet any problem. Make a proper plan, how many days you want to continue it. For example set for one month of the challenge. Challenge yourself that up to one month you will stay out of it.
Practice Breathing: Make your body fit and fine, quite lazy hours. Practice breathing regularly. Breathing will help you to heal your inner body problems. And also keep you aware of your surroundings.
You can also practice yoga. Yoga is an excellent way to heal from bad habits and addiction problems.

Maintain a Journal: Almost in every aspect journal plays a significant role. In my own studies and researches, I had seen some major changes over a journal habit. Use that tool in your habit changing journey as well. Track your performance and your emotions with a digital journal.
Don’t Loss Enthusiasm: It will most likely happen that you will be unable to meet your expectations in the first month. Although, don’t lose your motivation, keep up the good work. Habits always take some time to adopt into our lifestyle. Be with patience you will get the result.
Listen To Music: Music is another way to inspire yourself; there are some kinds of music available through which you can encourage yourself to stop following a bad habit. Generally, people follow that music which is related to nature, natural sounds related to birds, water, forest, waterfalls, even instrumental music will be good.
Think Right Way: Every time you open a newspaper or an article website for example nytime.com try to hit towards positive news first, avoid negative thoughts and avoid engaging with negative comments, everybody has his right to express themselves.
Proper Guidance: For some reasons, if you feel that you are not able to do that alone, or you are completely addicted to it, don’t hesitate to seek professional help. Getting help from someone who is an expert in that field will never be a shame for you. Even I will say this will be the smartest move towards a better life.
