“The past has no power over the present moment.”- Eckhart Tolle
Life is too large to measure it with a single incident or a single failure. I think a fool will spoil his/her life just because of a setback. Disappointments are stepping stones; you just need to open your eyes to see it. Take a look at the world how many people’s are there, how many different kinds of stories people are experiencing. You are not the first person who is feeling regrets; you cannot change your past. However, the only thing now you can do is to change your present. Make a bright and a shining present that will shine the world along with you.
“The primary cause of unhappiness is never the situation but your thoughts about it.” – Eckhart Tolle
Whatever our situation is happiness will always remain as an option for us. You must need to choose by yourself whether you want to live unhappily, or you wish to live happily. The day you will decide you will break the secret behind happiness.
You are the universe; you aren’t in the universe. – Eckhart Tolle
Do you know? You have the power to change the world. Here insight of you a burning sun is waiting, but unfortunately, you’re unaware of it. Therefore, as a result, you feel less confident about yourself. Because of low self-esteem, you invite unhappiness and stress in your life. Explore the unbreakable power insight of you. Explore the real spiritual potentials.
“Acknowledging the good that you already have in your life is the foundation for all abundance.” – Eckhart Tolle
There is a quick process to find peace in your life, and it is the process of looking things positively, finding positivity in everyday work. People often ruin their precious times just by looking things negatively. When you search for faults in someone, you lose the power to love them unconditionally. Accept your situation, let it comes to you, but don’t allow it to rule your mind.
“Life will give you whatever experience is most helpful for the evolution of your consciousness. How do you know this is the experience you need? Because this is the experience you are having at the moment.” – Eckhart Tolle
Stop complaining about your life, every hardship that we experience has something unique in it. Difficulties make us stronger. It gives experience to us. The more you go through tough times, the more you become emotionally stronger.
“To love is to recognize yourself in another.” – Eckhart Tolle
Love doesn’t mean to rule another. Love means sacrifice. Love means looking into another human being as they are. If you wish to love by others, the best thing would be to treat them as you want to be treated by others. Trust them only trust brings the real love.
People look to time in expectation that it will eventually make them happy, but you cannot find true happiness by looking toward the future. – Eckhart Tolle
No time, no money or no opportunities can change your life. If you want to change something in your life, it would be only done by yourself. Time never wounds anything. It always depends on us, how long it takes for us to move on from a broken heart to a fruitful life.
“Worry pretends to be necessary but serves no useful purpose” – Eckhart Tolle
You will never be able to complete a task if you worry about your actions all the time. Anxiety and fears ruin our potentials. We became less productive, and we start to make mistakes. The best way to deal with our fears is to accept that we will not be able to produce a work that we can consider as perfection, nor we will be able to make others happy every time.
Where there is anger, there is always pain underneath. – Eckhart Tolle
Violence will never bring any solution to any work. Even violence makes it worse. Violence not only bad for your health but also it reduces the chances of making a wise decision. Sometimes because of anger, we take those decisions later which only bring regrets.
“Pleasure is always derived from something outside you, whereas joy arises from within.” – Eckhart Tolle
Real happiness comes from inside, not from the outside. Material things can give you pleasure for sometimes, however, in the long run, happiness can only stay with you if you feel it from inside. Seek for that happiness which comes from inside.
“It is not uncommon for people to spend their whole life waiting to start living.” – Eckhart Tolle
When a child born in this world, he/she bring a new hope for us to the earth, however, later our society and our rules don’t allow him/her to live his life. It takes his/her entire lives to realize the truth, but does that mean there is no hope. No; it’s always on us, only a realization of a simple truth can quickly change someone’s life.
“Living up to an image that you have of yourself or that other people have of you is inauthentic living.” – Eckhart Tolle
Don’t just live by people’s expectations. Set yourself free. Do whatever you want to do in your life. Live for yourself. Do that work which makes you happy. When you pursue the work that makes you happy, in a way that blesses your mind with happiness and love.

Our world is a beautiful place to live unless you make it worse. If you look for bad elements and negative impact, surprisingly you will see that every aspect of life is contrary. Negative or positive is in our mind, every story has its own side of positive impact. Always try to see the positive one. Otherwise the negative will only affect you; no one else.
