The world is on its shore, and environmental topics are much more worthy to talk rather than internal political issues even in the UNEP also.
IIEE, WRI’s are researching every year for finding a better solution for this, but why should we bother about this? Isn’t it? No way a big deal for us. But there is a story behind that, which we all most of the time ignores the most, by and large, it may not be affecting us directly, but its consequences are really dangerous.
Do you ever consider yourself as a “Product” of your environment, its sound weird you know, I am talking about “product,” no connection at all.
But the reality is we are the “Product” of our environment, although you may say, it is not entirely factual, as genes play a significant role in it. But then why some people are so much different from the others, ever consider those who belong to the small towns, often they represent a different perspective on life in comparisons with those who lived in the metros. A more compassionate, kind-hearted with a simple living lifestyle.
In his book, Henry David Thoreau had written,
“When I wrote the following pages (Walden) or rather the bulk of them, I lived alone, in the woods, a miles from my neighbor, in a house which I had built myself, on the shore of Walden Pond, in Concord, Massachusetts, and earned my living by the labor of my hands only, I lived there two years and two months. At present, I am a Sojourner in civilized life again.”
Right now, environment and our relationships are running on two-track, if it’s running smoothly, it may sound like a bonus in the office.
Merely you can control the bigger picture of it, but we can always control our actions, making the best out of nature would be the wisest decision. There are some short of practices that you can take into your life, to move with nature in a brighter and a better way. What would be it?
Making a relationship with nature
Consider a day without your television or your Smartphone, start rising a bit earlier. Yes! Consider it half an hour a day, almost achievable task. Find a place that would represent the nature as it is, start making relation with nature, the leaf, the greenery, grasses, face it, walk on it, breathe with it, let go all the stress with it. Be in love with it.
Keep your eyes close to water
We need to make ourselves flexible like water, you can keep water in any container, but the water will take its own shape, water doesn’t have any control over the consequences of that change, but it can make itself that much flexible that, you can put that water in any situation no matter how challenging it is.
Keeping a Houseplant
Houseplants bring so many benefits with it. It’s added the booster with breathing quality, Cleaning up the air, helping you to stay calm and relaxed, most probably in every aspect it brings happiness even it helps in healing also.
Using natural music’s
It’s a new concept, but I love it, most of the time when I fell off I used to listen to music, but not a song, strange? I am talking about the music of forests, waterfalls, bird sounds and callings (musical sounds of birds), it works, you can feel fresh with it, and an added feature will be a 5-minute meditation also.
Time is to understand the importance of it, in both ways, with our perspective, and for the survival also. And at the conclusion would believe in yourself, even a banyan tree hides in the seed, it takes the time to explore the strength of it, when it does, it keeps it alive thousand years.
