Happiness: I had seen people those who had found themselves happy about their life when they accomplished the Beatles between their dilemma and running. Running changed their life. Even In my case I had burned over 14 kg in 9 months, and somehow it’s a miracle for me; when I came up after this war between me and my weight I Found out that life is so much less stressful than I thought it would be; Everything becomes so happier in my eyes. I started feeling confident and have accomplished a lot after that.
How to Overcome the Starting Dilemma
However, we know these notes so far, but we hardly take that course; there is a reason behind that, and it is the cause of laziness. How much you read or how many times you made promises to yourself doesn’t matter at the end of the day it’s all about what have you accomplished so far. If its 2 kg in 3 months no matter after all still you are doing something; you have not stopped your progress.
There is a secret I have found through my journey, and the secret is after you practice running for at least a week you overcome the necessity of motivation; running itself provides you that.
Remember it’s not possible for you to reduce fat in one day; like you, have not gained it in one day. It’s a year of progress and a result of bad lifestyle so it will take some time.
Even if you lose fat quickly, you may damage your muscles. Our target is to lose fat, not the muscles.
Make a Promise to Yourself: It is hard to keep up the good work; if you don’t make a pledge to yourself; because, after a while, you will lose the motivation. Make a firm promise to yourself whether the world goes this side to that side; whether I lose entertaining things or miss a hangout with a friend, I will keep up my good work and will lose my weight. I will do it for today; I will make a promise to myself.
Run for a while: Before you take part in any gym secession try to run by yourself for a while; as you are not used to it. In my case, I used to run for at least half an hour a day in the first stage just to warm-up my body so that I can make sure my body is fit enough to take an hour-long gym secession.
Plan your day: Make sure which time is flexible for you and stick with it; if it’s the morning time good enough; if it’s the evening time good too; but don’t ignore or make an excuse for that. In my opinion morning time is the best. As the air remains fresh and it also gives a boost to your personality.
